How it works
- You reserve a place. Email us, and we send a payment link.
- The first call. Ed hears what your parent knows. They send scans or phone photos of their papers.
- The second call. Ed walks them through their family record, in time for Christmas for orders placed by 15 November.
What happens to the papers
We work from scans or phone photos. The originals stay at home, and nothing goes in the post unless your parent chooses to send it.
